If I could leave 0 stars I would was referred here by my primary care physician, while trying to book my 1st appointment was put on hold after giving them my personal info and blue cross insurance information. Then the lady tried to transfer me to billing before booking my 1st appointment. I told her I wanted to know how soon they could see me if it was going to be longer than a couple weeks, I wasn’t interested. She told me 3-4 weeks was 1st available visit. I would go elsewhere.

Highly recommend Dr Tucker is very easy to talk to very laid back and attentive to his patients needs. He actually listens and cares.

I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices at this office. At my last appointment, I specifically asked what I owed because I thought my balance might be higher. I was told it was only $57. My service that day was $50, and I paid $100. They reassured me that amount was correct and even thanked me for the payment. I was also emailed documentation stating my balance was $57, which I provided to the billing department. That information was completely ignored.
