I had an appointment with Mandi Rhone. She was very rude and did not even greet me. I would not recommend going here at all. She did not care the entire appointment about what I was saying, she was just rushing for the appointment to be over with. Awful staff, awful establishment.

I had been a patient at Myndpath Psychiatry for over a year, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. My most recent appointment was on 11/06/25. On 12/03/25, I called to request a refill of my prescribed psychiatric medication to avoid interruption. I was told they would only provide a 14-day supply because they were “concerned I might not attend my next appointment.” After over a year of consistent care and a recent visit, this was shocking and felt less like a medical decision and more like a payment concern. While, I liked the doctors, this place has always been horrible with their insurance, billing, and their front desk staff is incompetent. They never send the links for the online appointments. You always have to call. In addiiton, they tried to charge a huge deductible, when we started. The psychiatrist, Sarah, who was wonderful, figured out we did not owe one. My sister had a disappointing experience with Mandi Rhone at Myndpath. She arrived late to the initial evaluation and spent the entire 40 minutes looking at her phone, seeming distracted and not fully engaged in the conversation. We originally chose her based on positive Zocdoc reviews, but after this session, we checked Google reviews and found them to be much more accurate. I’d recommend looking at multiple platforms before choosing a provider here and taking your business elsewhere if you value attentive and focused care.
