It was excellent If you are looking somewhere to rent or call home , you can contact Rain from Mynd property management company , he is an excellent worker and have knowledge of what he is doing
Called them and inquired about a home told me to go ahead and apply never received Confirmation called back and they said I was denied and I was giving wrong information about home still waiting on a call back about my application fee it’s been over a week
MYND seems to have DELETED my reviews on TrustPilot and Google. I moved in 4/2022 multiple things wrong with home that affect health and safety. Put in multiple tickets. Issues are still not fixed three months later. Called today 8/11/22 for broken A/C it is close to 100 degrees out and they could not guarantee someone would be out today to fix. Horrible, unprofessional. You have been warned.
If anyone is giving this company five stars they are lying and they must work for the company. This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with in renting a home. They do not respond to you very quickly. The customer service is horrible. When something breaks and you were the tenant it takes forever to get the repairs taken care of. It’s a constant battle.
