I noticed from the website that she has five star reviews, so there are others who must think similar to me. I had visited other professionals with limited success. With Vera I found somone who was sincere and honestly cared about my welfare. Vera takes the time between sessions to check on you and her free audios are a daily help. I high recommend Mynd Essence. From the moment I started talking to Vera I felt welcomed, safe and able to open up to allow myself to heal. I was suffering high anxiety and I felt on edge and disconnected.
