My Mobility Owner, Gary is quick to respond to medical equipment needs. Quality Service is provided by his technician, Marshall, often on the same day. Highly recommend this business for their courteous and fair practices. Thank you for 8 years of excellent service.
Gary and his team at My Mobility were so helpful in providing us with a lift chair. Their service was above and beyond. Gary was very informative with providing information regarding the type of lift chair we needed and Marshall was outstanding at delivering and setting up the chair. I would highly recommend My Mobility for any of your mobility needs.
Due to the stupid call blocker they use, I can't even call them for information on a medical device, as a patient. My business will go elsewhere!
Gary at My Mobility is the best. He has helped me so many times over the last few years. I didn’t realize how many times I would need his help. He was able to find me a folding wheelchair for my mother, he helped me with a temporary one until the new one came so she could get to an appointment. He found me an affordable scooter when I broke my leg so I could get around my house. He helped me with a ramp when no one else could. He is one of the best people in Barrie! Highly recommend this place 10 stars!
Gary gave us a fantastic price on the Robooter E40 electric wheelchair. This is a fantastic chair for people who don't have the arm strength to operate a regular chair and it was my wife's only sense of freedom during a 5 week stay in hospital and a rehabilitation centre. When we had a small issue, Gary was quick to get parts ordered under warranty and even gave us a loaner electric chair to make our life easier.
