After coming into ER Alpena with chest pains, Dr. Reddy scheduled me for a stent. After procedure was unsuccessful due to a 100% blockage, he transferred me to Midland and I ended up with a double by-pass open heart surgery. It saved my life. Thank you.
Perhaps the receptionist in ER should practice better people skills ,awful experience today ,tried calling the hospital to talk to someone ,no reply
The labs wait time in the new area is ridiculously long plus not enough seating for patients. I have never waited over an hour to get my labs done after getting checked in.
