Almost 10 hours in the er most of it was spent in the waiting room. Staff was disrespectful and rude.
This emergency room is the worst of the worst. The doctors don't care a loved one has been there several times in one week for breathing problems. I. A week over a period of time .6 months the last 5 times the sent her home only to take 5 steps.and back comes the ambulance. We asked to speak to a patient advocate. And the walked away the doctor and nurses that is.thay said its all in her head. After coming into ER Alpena with chest pains, Dr. Reddy scheduled me for a stent. After procedure was unsuccessful due to a 100% blockage, he transferred me to Midland and I ended up with a double by-pass open heart surgery. It saved my life. Thank you.
