I contacted Myles construction back in May 2022 to bid my project. My plans had already been completed by an architect. Nick told me it would take about 2 weeks to get my initial estimate done. We had one issue with the plans but he was going to complete a general estimate and knew a revision for the foundation would need to be done. I had no contact for a month.
