Brass switch plates were good quality and reasonably priced.
I've been waiting since April 25th to get my order. I received one portion of it and the rest, I am told, is still on backorder. I've cancelled the remainder of my order and will shop elsewhere. The company is hard to reach. The written response are not informative. The CHAT work well however which is where I've gotten the best response. Truly, there's just no excuse for this lack of professionalism. I will NOT recommend MyKnobs to anyone.
