Terrible customer service! I cancelled my order 2 months ago as the delivery date was 2 weeks later than originally quoted. They still shipped it, and charged me for it. I've been trying to return without success for over 7 weeks! Still waiting for return label for over 3 weeks!

The knobs are beautiful but the service is terrible. We are having a terrible time processing our return. It has taken of 4+ months and we still do not have our refund. We even bought new knobs to replace the return. Very disappointing.
