Throughout the process, we faced numerous challenges, primarily stemming from their apparent inexperience with septic systems and lacking communications. Great experience building our DADU. My Kabin was always responsive, skilled and did so they could to make the design and building process align with our expectations. The entire process from design to final build to over a year, but much of that delay was related to city of Seattle permitting and inspections. Highly recommend this as an option for those interested in a creative way to add living space to their existing home.
We had a great experience with MyKabin! We are so happy we chose them to build our DADU. It turned out better than we had imagined and the team was always professional and responsive. If I had to build another one, I would use them again. If you are thinking about building, then definitely use MyKabin.
