I work for an insurance provider and I would have to say this female office clerk who works on the phone has to be one of the poorest customer service representative that I've ever had to deal with in all of my experience. She was rude to the medical group, member and had absolutely no patience what so ever. Supervisor and doctors here should record and listen to how she handles her calls.
