The Leasing Agent that was assigned to my property was AWESOME! She was very eager to get my place rented. When I reached out to her to get updates on any potential tenants, she always had good news. She set up many showings within the first week my property was on the market and made me feel as though my property was a main priority to get rented quickly. I really appreciate the aggressiveness that she showed and it paid off!

RUN AWAY! I posted pics of the condition of the home we were rented this week. The promised repairs undone. They got our money and could care less. All we get is a lot of talk from management: promises, promises, promises with zero action. I would give negative stars if I could. #youhavebeenwarned

This is the most unprofessional and unresponsive property management group I have ever rented from. I had to send nagging emails to get any service repair requests done. When confronted with the issue, the service manager sent a rude response and said my timeline of events was incorrect. How do I have a record of these service visits, yet the property management group does not??? Terrible service.

Poor property management, surprised they are still in business. We have a property owner in Kennesaw who was looking for a company to manage my rental because I am out of the state. I would not even give this company one star except that is not an option. The company gladly took our money and placed a tenant from hell into our property. Since we started renting we have received a total of 700.00 for our property . Homeowners, stay away from MyhomeSpot, and renters:DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have all kind of schemes to scam their clients. They charge a NSF fee of $50 in addition to a $75 + $10 per day late fee. They will charge you a $100 no show fee if they send a maintenance guy to you place and he meets your absence. They will also try to pin some repairs on you when possible so stay as far away from them as you can!!! Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! Beware! Learned of horrible reviews After I began application process. Boy did they live up to their horrible reputation. The entire process was a nitemare in which I could barely get the agent on the phone.
