I love my apartment! – I really had a good experience with myhomespot. I contacted them about a property and it turned out that it wasn't what I wanted exactly but they managed to find me another one that was perfect! Super helpful staff!
Overall good experience – So far I have had a really positive experience. They rented out my condo in like a week and a half which is pretty impressive. Considering I am out of state, having all my property's info online is very important to me too. All in all I have been pleased.
Finally a property management company I like... – Having paid rent to a lot of different property management companies in Atlanta over the years I can say that it has been a nightmare. That is until I rented a property from the guys at myhomespot. For once everything went smoothly from viewing the property to applying for it to moving in. That AND paying rent and viewing my account online is a major convenience. No more driving all the way across town to pay rent!
