I was extremely disappointed by the service I received from the reception staff. The interaction was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic professionalism and courtesy. Patients should not have to spend the first 10 minutes of a conversation fighting to be heard or repeatedly explaining themselves before their concerns are taken seriously. Got referred to Dr Wang but the experience is very poor. Dr Wang forgot to give me the prescription. After meeting the nurse, she told me to wait outside the doctor’s office and asked her once she finished the current patient. After the patient came out, I went in to ask for the prescription, Dr Wang yelled at me saying I can’t just walk into the office and saying she has a meeting right now then walked out of the office with her lunch box.
