Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. For it first appointment we unfortunately were 10 minutes late. They refused to see us. Second appointment we were 10 minutes early. We waited for over an hour to be seen. The appointment itself was 45 minutes & to get new frames, we're still waiting & that was over an hour ago. Terrible customer service, terrible service overall. Stay away at all costs.

Received half my contact lens order and when I called the store to inquire about the other half of the order, I was told that it was pending. I called back a week later and was told that it was still pending. I spoke with Chasidy and I asked if they could follow up with the lab. I was told they did not have the number to the lab. When I called back to speak with the manager, Chasidy answered the phone and had a FedEx tracking number, I guess she found the number to the lab. The reason for my 2 star review is the fact that they require someone "licensed" to simply give you the glasses you paid for... but they rarely have someone "licensed" in office. On Monday, I drove 45 minutes in poor weather to pick up my glasses after I recieved notification my glasses had arrived. Nothing in the email stated that you have to call first to ensure someone can actually give you your paid for glasses. I composed myself well because it's not the receptionists fault, but I was pissed off. I then drove back home ... read more
