Dr Gonzales is great
If you have never worn contacts and need to be taught how to put them in and out, I would not suggest this location. I was given a pair of contacts put in a bathroom and was left to figure it out. As a first time contact where I was unaware this is not routine. I took a long time and after many attempts, I couldn’t even get one in. They cancelled my son's apt because I didn't answer my phone to confirm! That's dumb. I didn't say we weren't coming, and I was probably working when you called. I work a lot and I have a family to take care of. Why else would I be scheduling on a Saturday? Do they think I'm sitting by my phone waiting on a phone call? I love my doctor. But Jesus the front desk is awful. Everytime I call I’m on hold for 10 plus minutes. I kid you not EVERYTIME. I don’t go in person because they’re the only clinic that takes my insurance and it’s a 45 minute drive. I have been going to the same place for months. Time to find a new doctor since clearly I can’t call for questions on my contacts at any point in time.
Chris was very Professional and helped me find just the right glasses for an awesome price. Totally recommend this place!
