My first appointment was scheduled in October 6, 2025 at 2:40 but on the day of my appointment it was canceled because the doctor called out. My appointment was then scheduled to November 24, 2025 at 3:10. On my way to the appointment my baby had a diaper blow out so I had to clean that mess. I called the office and let them know I was going to be ten minutes late, and I was told that okay over the phone, they have a ten minute grace period. Absolutely wonderful experience today! The gentleman who assisted was so friendly and helpful. I broke off my nose pads, compliments of my long hair. lol. Very unprofessional. Can't keep records straight. All the women up front acted like they were bored and didn't want to be there. One was very rude. We will not be going here anymore!!! We're going to call channel 20 news to let them know how bad your office is. And how rude the employees are.
Boy what a joke, I'm not going say every time I've been in there has been bad, but this last time was a joke. Did the wrong prescription, put a prism on mine, said they would be fixed in a few days, then text me 5 days later that said there ready. Drove a hour to get them and then they couldn't find them, then they did, but hadn't even started on them yet. Horrible place. Scheduled an appointment for 2pm. Drove over an hr and waited for 45 minutes until I went to the front desk and they said they made the appointment by mistake. I asked to speak to the manager, but the receptionist said there was no manager. Then I asked to speak to the doctor and while waiting I heard the receptionist make derogatory remarks about me.
