I will not be going to my eye doctor again this year. I do not have a problem with their service. But I do have a problem with their billing. When they tell me that this is the final balance and I pay in the office and then turn around and send me an add-on bill. That don't make me happy. This is the third time they have done this to me. They won't get a fourth chance. I have been going there more than 10 years. Not any more.

I am writing this review as objectively as possible. The intake process and wait time were both smooth and efficient, about as good as one could expect. I have no complaints in that regard. I chose to visit MyEyeDr. despite seeing several negative reviews beforehand. I prefer to support local businesses and understand that sometimes reviews can come from misunderstandings or unrealistic expectations. My husband went in for his first pair of glasses ever. He is nearsighted and struggles to see distance while driving. He was told they didnt want to do bifocal or progressive lenses for him because it wasnt needed. However, when the glasses arrived, he can now not see up close while driving, and can only see far away. I asked him to go back and find out why, but he was told 'because the prescription wasnt written for progressive or bifocal lenses, and theyre not supposed to be worn all the time.'
