Wonderful service and good staff
I changed to this eye doctor after years of a going to one place and omg i love them. They were all so nice and so helpful with problems i have had in the past. Love them! Definitely coming back!
My journey began around Jan 7 2026. I had been to other locations of this franchise. I thought to give them a try being that they are closer to my home. All went fairly well first visit as expected. Examined. Explained what I needed and costs. I was told that my coverage allowed frames up to $300 as part of my benefit. I chose to keep my frames due to not seeing any that I liked now. Great place with great doctors and management. Wouldn't go any where else
Absolutely the worst! Ordered just lenses for my Oakly Sunglasses. After 2 months of reorders, lost lenses, and Waisted Time. I called for the 8th time to check to see if they were in, The Front Desk person told me they were shipped that day and would let me know when they arrive. She called me back in a hour or so and left a message that "My Lenses Were In" so I headed to the office to only be given the same plane lenses I sent with the glass. I know, Right?!
