Jessica, Stacy, and Dr. Hay are truly amazing! They will pick on you like you're family if you go to the wrong location at your appointment time though.
While the eye test service is good, the glasses sales person was unprofessional and immature….. I will buying my eyewear elsewhere
Dr. Margaret is amazing. She takes her time, makes sure you're comfortable throughout the exam, and explains every step of the process clearly. My favorite part of the experience was working with Jessica. She helped me choose frames that complemented my face shape, thoroughly explained all of my insurance benefits, and even pointed out benefits I didn't know I had. I would absolutely recommend working with both Dr. Margaret and Jessica. They made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable.
