First time visiting here. I was trying to get my son and wife's glasses repaired. Unfortunately they couldnt be repaired, but instead the young lady that helped me, showed me the options of frames they had. I found frames for both pair of glasses. Very satisfied with the purchase, the service, the product and the prices. I have no complaints! I highly recommend this place. They started a chart for me and my family. Apparently they can’t write your phone number down correctly when you call to set up an appointment so when you show up for your appointment they have already cancelled it due to not being able to verify the appointment due to their staff writing your phone number down incorrectly. Then they say you can do a video appointment 45 minutes later if you would like. I’m sorry, I work and don’t have another 45 minutes to wait because of your mistake.
