Very poor management

Love Dr. Jones but it seems it is time to move on. I had an exam for glasses and contact lenses. Dr. Jones wanted me to try two different samples of contacts. I wasn’t given samples like I normally am but instead they had to order them which is fine until they wanted to charge me an additional $120 for contact lens fitting because insurance only covers the contact lens exam.
