Trying to get through the line is one thing. Speaking to 2 rude sales reps was another. Simply trying to order contacts and get info on my PD and that was not successful.
Frank at the Mandarin location is true professional who goes the extra mile to ensure your ur glasses are perfect. I highly recommend this location..
My experience here was phenomenal from start to finish. The doctor was great and made things easy to understand. I came out and got my sunglasses and glasses for $200 with my insurance. Frank was great and made some great jokes to make the process easy. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Wife and I have been to different my eye dr before and the one in mandarins this year has the best staff, service and atmosphere. We will be back every year.
