I had an amazingly fantastic experience with my appointment today. The receptionist is very helpful and kind! Dr. Furer is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. And Amy is a ray of light! I laughed so much and truly enjoyed myself. She is amazing and very sweet. She's also really epic when it comes to breaking down pricing and insurance coverage!
My husband and I returned to this office because we had a good experience in the past. Unfortunately, the quality of care has declined significantly, and this was one of the most frustrating medical experiences we’ve ever had. Today I visited the MyEyeDr office located at 11945 San Jose Blvd. The front desk service was excellent Iwe were able to get a same-day appointment, and the staff at check-in was very kind and welcoming. The doctor who saw my wife was outstanding. We felt very comfortable with him; he was attentive, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly an A+ doctor.
