Amazing! The customer service we received from Shawn, while he was working the counter alone was amazing! He was so informative and friendly. We really appreciate all your help today Shawn! Dr YOUSOUFZAI was also great. We drove an hour from Easton for an emergency appointment and were not disappointed at all! We will be sure to always come to this location.
I’m not a patient of Myeyedr.. I had a situation with my eye glasses and I called and asked them if they could help me out. Sean said come right over and Jason fixed my glasses. Kudos to them.
My glasses were crooked missing the eye side piece and had a small pointed thing sticking out. The technician greeted me with a smile took my glasses and within five minutes had me walking out the door awesome service
I had readers made for my work on multiple computers screens. The glasses gave a distorted view which were disorienting and hurt my eyes after trying them multiple times. When I went back I was told I would need to wear them for 8-9 days to get used to them, which is impossible. Or I would need to schedule another exam for a new prescription. I don’t consider this even an attempt to understand the customers perspective or reasonable customer service by the staff. The doctor is nice, but I would not come back here.
