My glasses were crooked missing the eye side piece and had a small pointed thing sticking out. The technician greeted me with a smile took my glasses and within five minutes had me walking out the door awesome service

I had readers made for my work on multiple computers screens. The glasses gave a distorted view which were disorienting and hurt my eyes after trying them multiple times. When I went back I was told I would need to wear them for 8-9 days to get used to them, which is impossible. Or I would need to schedule another exam for a new prescription. I don’t consider this even an attempt to understand the customers perspective or reasonable customer service by the staff. The doctor is nice, but I would not come back here.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor was professional. There was a large assortment of frames. My location was clean and pleasant. I did wait an hour in the waiting room. But all in all a pleasant experience.

They’re nice, but that’s about it. Drove an hour to pick up samples because a script expired two weeks ago. Now, because we weren’t made aware of it, we need a new script and an exam. The amount of money I’ve wasted here is ridiculous and the only thing they care about is money. Find somewhere else to go.
