Great customer service!
I just had my first ever appointment here. Chris was great and explained everything. The remote doctor was friendly. I’m concerned about receiving my glasses because the prescription copy I was given listed something different and wasn’t explained to me when I was there. I had to call in and ask about it. The lady I spoke with had to ask someone and gave me a generic answer that didn’t leave me feeling confident. I guess I’ll update my review after I receive my glasses and see what happens.
I felt discrimination against this individuals never will 8 use these services again do to harassment gave me the run around about my benefits and trierd to gain more than what services pay for
Staff was friendly but they screw you on price. Doctor quoted me for the most expensive contacts there were, then I asked the saleswoman to find a better priced option because I didn't wanna pay 500 for a year supply. Saleswoman did her thing and found me a cheaper, not as deluxe brand for less then half the price! Fast forward to the day I can pick up my glasses.
