So my disabled family member just came home was treated very disrespectfully was told she was lying about her glasses being dropped when her glasses is the most important thing she has she takes great care of them always cleans and puts in a case they wouldnt even take the time to talk to her and the manager wouldnt talk to her but would talk infront of her to an employee she came home historical feeling like a second class citizen. Had my own frame for my glasses and I asked the receptionist could I use them and she said yes, but she was wrong, glasses broke in two days she had no right if she didn't know.

great experience with the doc.unfortunately, glasses were 2 weeks late on anticipated arrival I was given when I payed. 2 months later I was contacted about a random $30 balance from a store check out error. had to drive back out and pay because of a mistake they made. it seems like this is owned by a large conglomerate and payment support was hard to reach. not a pleasurable experience when it feels like you’re getting scammed with billing. if you all mess up, you should eat it. that’s how business should be done. This place is in network with my insurance. My husband went there for an exam and was still charged a copay (even though my insurance plan says it should be $0 for in-network) and they tried to charge an extra $45 for a service he was not told would be extra and did not authorize. Glasses were absurdly expensive as well, more than 4x the cost we paid elsewhere previously without insurance. Go anywhere else.
