I came in because my glasses lost a screw and I needed them fix as I need them for work. MyEyeDr. staff was very busy today. But Gia said she would be risky over to help with my issue. She was very pleasant and attentive. She was avle to fix my glasses in no time and have me on my way back to work. Great experience and always a pleasure coming in to MyEyeDr.
I want to give a heartfelt thanks to Gia and Marista at MyEyeDr for their tremendous help and patience in sorting out a complicated insurance situation. I wish I could have rated zero stars, but unfortunately, that was not available. My husband and I were treated unprofessionally, unethically, and in a threatening manner by one of the front of the house male (Hispanic) employees, and this was totally unwarranted! This was my first time at Myeyedr, and was the last for both of us. I’ve already contacted the corporate office, and hopefully this guy will not be a problem for future customers!
