Came in to fix frames that were crooked and they couldn’t help. The frames I picked out cannot take heat but that wasn’t explained to me when I picked them out, which prevents the from being able to be repaired. Keep in mind this is not the first time I’ve had this same exact crooked issue with frames from My eye dr. My experience was excellent. I never went into a place where they actually explained to you one by one the situation about your eyes to me. It was fascinating. It was one of the good experience that I passed in a while to have excellent help beautiful service and I will definitely one out of 10 recommend this place to everybody and I’ve been going to a eye doctor which they called the Columbia eye family focus now it’s called for nine years and they never explained to me the details and the options that I had so I appreciate... read more
Overall I had a good experience. My biggest complaint is wait times are not good. My appointment time was 9:40 and I was called back pretty fast. Then came the wait to see the assistant. After he did his tests, I was sent back outside to the waiting area. I finally got to see Dr.Gonzalez and think she's a good Dr. I have no comments about the selection of frames, because I brought my own. I went in today to fix my glasses & I was amazed of the Way Gia helped out an elderly patient. She was very attentive to him & soft spoken & I even felt she was very caring towards this gentleman. I was very pleased with seeing such wonderful customer service. And when she attended to me, well , what can I say?! She is amazing, caring and went above & beyond to help me. She was amazing! My husband & I have been going to this location for several years. We absolutely loved the eye doctor we saw but the past 2 years we have had horrible customer service from the front end staff. This last experience was just that, THE LAST ONE. I cannot and will NOT support a business that thinks treating customers in a demeaning, condescending manner is ok. Our money and business are going elsewhere. I wish we could take the doctor with us!!!
