Have made multiple appts. The last appt I made the system changed my time even though I confirmed the appt. Bad customer service unwilling to try and make things right.

The lack of communication from staff here is terrible. I broke my glasses so i went in to order new frames (i got a text from their automated stystem saying that my new frame benefits just became available but when i got in there they said that wasnt true but that insurance would cover the frames. The lady confirmed with 2 other people that I could use my insurance to order my old frames. They were supposed to call me to tell me how much the lenses would be and i never got a call.
