This was my first visit, and I found the experience confusing. It wasn’t clear whether to check in at the desk or wait, and I browsed for several minutes without being greeted or offered help. A simple welcome would have made a big difference. On the positive side, they do have a great variety of frames.
This place is a hot mess. They really should consider new management and new personnel. No one knows anything. They definitely cannot handle phone calls. You have to go in-person to handle practically anything. They receive your contacts and never notify you. They should be embarrassed by the service they provide. Literally clowns running a circus in there.
Over 30 minutes on hold, rude, unable to get my wife's records. Drove 45 minutes to pick up glasses and they would not give them to us as there was not a Dr in the office. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had getting contacts. Even with an appointment, I was there for hours. Waiting before the appointment and waiting afterwards to checkout. Then I need another appointment to take a class to put the contacts in. It’s been months and still they won’t give me my contacts prescription.
