Nice place, not too busy, great customer service, great eye docs.
Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, which I appreciated. However, the overall visit felt more like a sales pitch than a standard eye exam, which left me a bit uncomfortable. After purchasing my glasses, I was told they would arrive in 1.5 to 2 weeks. It’s now been over 3 weeks, and I still haven’t received them. The patient portal offers no helpful updates, and when I tried calling to check on the status, I was hung up on the first time. Staff was super friendly! I will recommend this location to my friends. They have a big selection of frames and sunglasses. I will definitely be back when they get more summer sunglasses.
