Dr. Hohenberger is the best around! His staff is warm and welcoming. I was checked in and informed of how much the insurance gave me towards my glasses while I looked she showed me different selections and set them aside for me when the technician took me back. From start to finish very seamless !
The people helping with my glasses could not run my insurance correctly and tried to over charge me for my glasses. I bought the warranty and had a scratched lense repaired. Went in recently because my left arm came off and was told they could not fix it because they replaced the frames when they replaced my lenses. I asked why because there was nothing wrong with the frames, and was told that she didn’t know how that conversation went but since they replaced the frames I would have to pay to get them fixed. First pair of bi-focals were wrong. Second pair I waited 3 weeks and called and all of a sudden they came in today. Not impressed at all. The 2nd pair better be right on the money.
