Awful experience after Dr. Barnett left!! The office staff does not communicate well and had me jump in thru hoops to get the care I needed. I was told something different every time I called. The left hand needs to communicate with the right hand otherwise patients will be left but no choice to look for care elsewhere. Will never go back again.

I came in to get An exam because I broke my glasses and needed to have an updated exam. The doctor and her staff did some testing and found out that I had a more serious problem to look at and are working towards getting that resolved. To my delight, they had updated equipment that I did not have to go out of their office to get the results of the problem. Integrity matters—especially in healthcare. I booked online, completed all paperwork in advance, listed my insurance, and clearly noted that I am quadriplegic and would be arriving with a caregiver. Getting to this appointment took planning and effort. When I arrived, I was told they do not accept my insurance. I would like to apologize to the staff for being a little short with order it ruff being legally blind but they filled my order the best they could with no cost and I am great full misti is amazing with her professionalism I will use them again and thanks once again also I am sure they are doing there best with my refund
