Frustrated to say the least… First off, I want to say that the people up there are very kind and easy to talk to… in person. But that doesn’t mean that they are accurately taking care of business. Very disappointing! The front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful. She did not take the time to explain and answer my questions. On the other hand the eye doctor was nice respectful and had the time to answer any questions I had. I am pleased that I got the proper professionalism from her, I can’t say the same about the lady at the front desk.
Won’t return.
Awful experience after Dr. Barnett left!! The office staff does not communicate well and had me jump in thru hoops to get the care I needed. I was told something different every time I called. The left hand needs to communicate with the right hand otherwise patients will be left but no choice to look for care elsewhere. Will never go back again.
