Excellent care from start to finish. The doctor was attentive and explained every step clearly. The technician was efficient and friendly, and the glasses specialist made updating my lenses a breeze. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the great customer service from the entire team.
After months of struggling I decided to make an appt. It was Friday, and they had an opening on Saturday. I booked the appt online and someone called me within 10 minutes to verify. Appt was on time and the doc was great. My glasses showed up the next week, and the pickup the following Saturday was fast and easy and helpful. Recommend highly.
I’ve been coming here for 8 years, & till now I’ve had issues with my appointments schedules. I confirmed an appointment & once I get there, comes out that my appointment was not there & someone took it, as the other front desk lady tells me “doctor left for the day”. My experiences here were always amazing until Dr Salazar retired!
Very unfriendly people, staff and the doctor barely explain the treatment, this people are just in business, specially the girl in charge of the lenses order, she speaks so fast, she doesn't want expend time to explain clearly, they don't care about the patient, they just want your money. They have very expensive frames, brands that in others stores are half price. Definitely never back there.
My dr Salazar retired but they're are plenty of people that can help you. I got a new optometrist a woman very good personable . .I need to remember her name. Lol
