Would not recommend this place, wrong prescription. Went back to complain about my glasses and was told I needed to give my eyes some time to adjust to the new prescription, I wore this glasses for almost 6 months thinking my eyes will get use to it, I knew it wasn't working but I believed the lady at the front desk thinking my eyes will adjust. The environment and experience was exceptional.tge staff went above and beyond.
My family and I just started coming here. They worked great with our older two children. I decided it was time for me to go ahead and get glasses. The dr.s are great but the lady that ordered my glasses and took my payment was either having an off day or hated her job. Didn’t really go into detail on any lenses or was vague on the answers to my questions. Was told my glasses would be ready in 7-10 days. On the 10th day the came in but was called to let know the lady ordered the wrong frames the frames where for a little kid.... read more
