After months of struggling I decided to make an appt. It was Friday, and they had an opening on Saturday. I booked the appt online and someone called me within 10 minutes to verify. Appt was on time and the doc was great. My glasses showed up the next week, and the pickup the following Saturday was fast and easy and helpful. Recommend highly.
I’ve been coming here for 8 years, & till now I’ve had issues with my appointments schedules. I confirmed an appointment & once I get there, comes out that my appointment was not there & someone took it, as the other front desk lady tells me “doctor left for the day”. My experiences here were always amazing until Dr Salazar retired!
