Worst experience dealing with their billing department, they need to get their stuff together and know how to deal with the insurances instead of sending additional charge bills weeks or months later. Not going back there.
This was my first time here and I really enjoyed my experience! The office staff are fantastic and Dr. Barnett really took time to work with me!
I drive an hour and a half through the Dallas area just to go to the Greenville office! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is thorough...and patient! My sister's family has used them for years, and I started using them about four years ago.
The staff is very nice and very efficient. I didn't care for the male doctor that was there on a Saturday. He didn't treat his assistant very well at all. Watched him reprimand her in front of my son and the poor girl looked like she was still learning cause she had another girl showing her some things in the room when we went in there for my son's exam.
