I have been trying to get a pair of sunglasses since May 27, 2022. The first pair took over a month because the frame was broken and it had to be reordered. No one told me why there was a delay until I went to finally pick up my glasses. The lenses in the glasses were made incorrectly so they had to be redone. I decided to choose a different frame because I did not want to risk another delay because of the frame being broken, again. My review is regarding the location in Fort Worth on 7th St. This place is a total scam. I went in for new contacts and expected the advertised special which was $199 for eye exam, 1 years worth of contacts and free sunglasses. Sounds great but, almost $400 later that is not what I got. The dr prescribed a different contact lens, a cheaper one in a smaller quantity, and they refused to honor the special. So I switched to the other special $199 for eye exam and a pair of glasses. I took two pair of Silhouette glasses to have prescription they prescribed in glasses 6-1-2022. I have used what once was Bay Vision on Clear Lake City Blvd in Houston for 25 plus years . Now it is MYEYEDR. It is now 8-4-2022. They have lost one pair put wrong color in sunglasses.Everyone there is a MANAGER but can’t help me. Excuses. Excuses - so now they have my glasses and $800. So my next call is to my attorney. NEVER USE THESE PLACES. They even told me their lab was horrible. How sad and upsetting since I need my glasse... read more

I went to MyEyeDr in Machesney Park, Il. to get my new glasses. I could not see out of the glasses. They said they did not have time to help me. I did not take the glasses home. I requested a refund. I refused the glasses and I have never heard from them again. If I had known their customer review rating was one star 1.43/5 I never would have gone there

I recently visited the Stadium Drive store for new lenses and frames. My initial interaction resulted in a slight miscommunication; however, the customer service follow up and follow thru was amazing. They both made my experience with RX Optical very pleasant. The store manager, Jane, and the District Manager, John, went above and beyond to assist me with my needs.

I was at my eye doctor in Southbury today. I was greeted with " what do you want?" I said glasses. lady said mens glasses are on that wall look at them and let me know what you want . I ran out the door what a terrible attitude !!!!

Went to rockford and They promised us a date and we are still waiting. The first day we went there the lady was so nosy asking us about our personal lives. Just was not happy with them at all.

Me and my girlfriend 2months ago attended the Burleson location for eye exams. Very expensive exam which 3 weeks later after finding and wearing new glasses I purchased there was the wrong prescriptions.Therefore I then returned them .However,after refusing to take another exam I demanded a refund which I had sent almost $400.00 on the exams with the glasses as the manager gave me a refund form but minus the 123.00 eye exam although the eye exam is what a prescription is based on .The refund form advised a check would be sen... read more
