Best eye care experience I’ve had in my decade of wearing glasses/contacts. I made an appointment day-of, had an extremely short wait with a very pleasant and knowledgeable receptionist, was brought back to the initial exam room where the optometric tech swiftly got me taken care of while even teaching me about the machines they were using. Everything was going good until Ryan Bretz started being condescending towards my father and telling him to get off the machine after the technician told my father to sit there. Treat people how you want to be treated from one professional to another.
10/10 highly recommend!! They took very good care of me with me having multiple sclerosis I was concerned with my eyes my Dr.Amanda was great she made sure to address all my concerns!!
Excellent customer service!
Their website says they take all insurance. My insurance website also lists them. This is not true. Call ahead. Their front desk rep was incredibly kind and apologetic. The website should be updated so people don't waste their time.
