Paid over $300 for exams, new lenses, etc.. received a bill in the mail a couple months later asking for another $65. Tried calling to ask what it was for, the lady on the phone was wildly rude and could not tell me, just said I “owed that money” but she could not tell me why. Looks like I’ll be finding a new eye doctor. Zero professionalism.

This is such a friendly and helpful practice! Everyone I encountered was so helpful from front desk, to actual exam taking, to the doctor. You’ll be well taken care of here!
I got appointment a week ago, on the day of the appointment, I received a call from their office that my insurance is not networking with their clinic. I was waiting for a week to get to this appointment, but they just canceled it that easily. They don't care about the patients at all. they could approach me one or two days after when I booked the appointment.
