My children had appointments and they had a fun experience two of my children purchased glasses they are so excited to receive them. Dr. Farmer and entire staff was extremely professional & helpful. Thank you so much!!
Dr. Farmer is incredible! He has amazing bedside manner, so much patience and truly cares. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an eye doctor that is knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy.
I have been going to going to this office for over 20 years (Dr. Bretz for approximately seven) and have always had wonderful experiences! The entire staff is kind, helpful, patient and great with communication! I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, am never rushed through and always feel as though my questions and concerns are being heard and addressed. Saw Dr Farmer. Took the time to explain everything and why certain contacts were better for me than others. Artfully adjusted the contacts to get me the best vision possible. Would highly recommend. Also Barbara at the front desk was professional and great to work with in making appointments and ordering contacts.
Their website states they accept all insurance but if you have Medicaid / Medicare of any kind they do not accept it in any of their Cleveland offices nice ppl though
