Great customer service but, during the week service is pretty slow.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced in my life. The secretary’s are incredibly rude and unprofessional. What happened to good customer service ?? They don’t know how to follow simple directions and are very sarcastic and bitter.
UPDATE: They made right after seeing my review and fixed my prescription free of charge. Got my prescription here. The Doctor decided to lower my prescription. I get my glasses, and can’t see as well long distance for them. I call on Friday and they agree to adjust my prescription on Monday free of charge. Get a call on Saturday telling me that just because I didn’t buy my glasses there they weren’t fixing my prescription and cancelling my appointment. Very unprofessional. I had a very positive experience at MyEyeDr in Randolph. Each and every one of the members of the staff and medical team gave me their attention and time. I felt very taken care of. And nothing but great things to say about Dr. Uddin. Dr. Uddin explained everything clearly and was very much about making sure I got the best outcome. I had a great experience.
