Got my prescription here. The Doctor decided to lower my prescription. I get my glasses, and can’t see as well long distance for them. I call on Friday and they agree to adjust my prescription on Monday free of charge. Get a call on Saturday telling me that just because I didn’t buy my glasses there they weren’t fixing my prescription and cancelling my appointment. Very unprofessional. It isn’t a manufacturing issue, it’s a prescription issue.
Could use an HP spot out front, but very satisfied with service.
I have been going to this location for years. For some reason they changed their staff. From the time I called to make my appointment to calling to tell them that I was running late I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The Front desk staff was super rude every time !!! I will NEVER go back .
