The left temple was badly detached and part of it was very loose. I brought the glasses in to see it they could be repaired. They were very shortly. Excellent job.
I went to the Beverly location last week, this was my first experience with this company. I am sad to say I am very disappointed. The whole appointment seemed very rushed and impersonal with very little consideration of my previous eye history. Given that I was a new patient I assumed they would ask about my eye history but it never was brought up. Then to finish off the appointment the doctor asked if I wear contacts. This was my first time at the eye doctor and I have to say all of the women who work here are so kind and patient. It was a 10/10 experience .
Awesome service and staff. They are so prepared and effecient !
Awful experience. Will never go back. Did not tell my husband before his service thay ot would cost so much money with insurance. Now I'm out $130 I didn't have. When simply telling us before hand would have solved the whole problem. Customer service is just awful there.
