The women in the office were amazing. They communicated with me every step. Insurance is so hard to understand and they explained it to me.
Had the unfortunate experience of coming here in 2023 for an eye appointment and ordering contact lenses. The optometrist was nice but the manager was very unfriendly. Unfortunately they sent the incorrect contact lens and ended up having to go to the Topsfield location to resolve my issue.
I’m went to get a new set of glasses. The woman was kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. I will go there again. Best customer service I’ve had at an eye place in years
If I could give fewer stars I would. Eye appointment was fine. Got new lenses for my Matsuda glasses and they destroyed the frames and inlays. They cut lenses that were too large and then hand sanded them down creating an ugly bevel which is visible from the front and back. They cracked part of the frame and misaligned another part. They messed these up so bad that I need to either get a new pair or have someone with a brain in their head fix them. I will never return to this place.
