Avoid at all costs. I've been to this location ten times in the last three months, trying to get a new set of frames. Both times, the frames were comfortable when I was trying them on. Both times, when they arrived, they were extremely uncomfortable. They are getting horribly bent in the process from ordering to receiving. This place is NOW practicing deceptive billing. With my Medicare and a BCBS supplemental my annual eye check includes a glaucoma test and it is paid for by insurance as part of your annual eye test visit. This place isn't doing your glaucoma test during your annual visit. Instead, they make you schedule your glaucoma test for a different day and then they bill you $80 for a separate office visit and $150 for a glaucoma test. Erica is AWESOME!!! I walked in with prescription in hand, just needing to buys new frames. Erica was extremely patient with me as I looked at frames and when it came to using my insurance, along with all the additional items I wanted, she was extremely informative and engaged with me. Terrific sense of humor. She made my experience great!
I loved my experience here, my first time coming here, I didn’t get an eye exam I only got glasses but everyone was very kind.
