I love this location! Kim is very knowledgeable, kind , courteous and helpful is an understatement. When I tell you she went above and beyond to help me find frames on more than one occasion. Kim helped me locate the size that fit me in the frame I wanted and also tracked it from two other locations until they arrived. I was so pleased with my services that I would travel to wherever Kim is because of her exceptional customer service skills. Thank you so very much Kim, my family and I really appreciate you.
Hands down the best experience! Even compared to other stores within the chain, this one blows them all away. The staff is professional, very knowledgeable and super friendly.
