The staff is absolutely five stars!!! I’m new to the Atlanta area and was suggested this location due to working in the area. Ms. Debbie helped me over the phone to find the location because I was a little lost. Lol. From the technician that checked my eyes, Dr. Patel, and to the other young lady that assisted with the final costs. Everyone was phenomenal!!! After being a patient here for multiple years, the follow-up and service provided by the staff at this location, as of recently, are unresponsive, unreliable, and inexperienced. At a given time, there are more staff members than clients in the office, and yet it appears no one can really support you after your eye exam has taken place. It's taken over a month to receive my contact order ($600+ spent), and now, somehow, it's possibly lost, or no one can really tell me, so I have to try and call back tomorrow mid-day because t... read more
