Everyone was so helpful and kind! Blake and Conica especially went above and beyond.
After calling around close to 7 different boutique locations and corporate locations, I was close to giving up on the idea that I would be able to get glasses made with my exceedingly high prescription. With that being said, Blake was able to rally a Hail Mary and make my lenses with the specifics and add-ons I was looking for. Not once did I have to sacrifice anything I was looking for or needed. Can’t wait to experience life through these new glasses! Thanks again, Blake!
My 1st visit was a Lil lengthy but I was pleased in the long run
It’s been some time since I’ve been here, but I am still irritated about my experience. Be sure to double check what they are charging you for before you pay. They will add additional things onto your bill without informing you and charge you for it. Things like upgrading your lenses to the most expensive ones and adding on protection plans that you never wanted or even discussed with them. And of course, on the receipt, they have in big bold letters that they will not adjust anything for you. Very shady practices happening ... read more
I honestly had a great initial experience with MyEyeDr. My first appointment was good and the staff was cool. However…I ordered contact lenses from this office on May 30, 2025, and was told they could take up to a month to arrive. It is now August 18, 2025, and I still have not received them. Despite paying hundreds of dollars, I have nothing to show for it. I’ve called several times and even visited the office in person, but I never receive follow-up when promised.
