Providing the means to update my personal employment, health, and insurance data prior to my appointment time was greatly appreciated. Yes, it took time up front, but this was far better than having to sit down and fill out all the paperwork when arriving for the appointment. Instead, I had been able to complete all paperwork at my leisure, with easy access to all the necessary information.

The Dr told me she would credit some contacts she first prescribed because they would tear apart in my eye. So I ordered some others and they would not credit one penny. Bad business!!
