I had an 11:30AM appointment, arrived at 11 to ensure I was prompt and completed any required documents timely but wasn’t called back till almost 12PM. There were only 2 other patients before me. One of which arrived after I did. I don’t understand how you priorities. I don’t understand the reason behind the significant delay. Their staff also fails to personalize the visit.
