RecommendedThe folks at Crescent Springs took the best care of me today. Dr. Watson and my Optician Sarah were a great team for my eye health. Not only did I get outstanding care but we had fun doing it. if that wasn't good enough, they made right a situation that occurred at the Florence office 2 years ago. Everyone at the Crescent Springs office was fantastic! The doctor was very friendly and clear with her explanations regarding my exam! The office manager Sarah really made my visit and experience enjoyable! She was very relatable and showed a lot of interest in my needs and wants! The entire staff made it fun and we shared many laughs together! Love this location and the staff there!!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and appointments are held in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location!
Dr. Bertram & Sarah were awesome, they spent a lot of time making sure I had the prescription and fit that I needed.
