Made an appointment with facility and had exam. Upon completion I found out that the doctor does not prescribe the contact that I was currently wearing. They knew what contacts I was wearing as I purchased prior and was in file. The office chose not to notify me prior to the exam so now I have to go to a different eye doctor and pay for a full exam out of pocket. Extremely bad business ethics. Would not recommend.
RecommendedDr. Lantz is wonderful - a perfectionist who notices even the smallest details and who explains everything clearly. He's also fantastic with kids and very personable. I have only positive things to say regarding Dr. Lantz and his staff.
I picked up new glasses today for myself & my son. Once again, the Wing team knocked it out of the park. Bryan Hubert, Dr. Lance and everyone else there always go the extra mile to ensure that we have the best. Because of you guys we can clearly see that Wing is the only place to go for your vision needs. Thanks guys & gals.
Such friendly staff and exceptional care! Tiffany was amazing in helping me with contacts for the first time, it’s something I’ve always been nervous about and she made me feel at ease.
Dr. Lantz and his entire team were wonderful! The professionalism they showed was above and beyond. I have not been to an eye doctor in over 20 years! They made me feel calm and they were very understanding. I will continue my annual exams with them! Thanks to all of the staff!
Went to wing eyecare to get some sunglasses and was greeted at the door with a friendly smile.. The nice lady was very patient with me and believe me im very picky. She never let the smile leave her face and was obviously very well educated in her trade. She even taught me a few things.. Its hard to find that good of customer service these days.
