My Eye Dr Leesburg, VA Battlefield Shopping Center Edwards Ferry Road was absolutely amazing I picked up my prescription type sunglasses last week.
First impression was very poor customer service, unprofessional staff and confused management. I waited two weeks for my appointment just to come in and find that there was not an appointment for me on their schedule. Reminding you I walked in in person to make the initial appointment. I honestly would have looked passed it if it weren’t for their poor management and rudeness
8/21/2025: Even though there was an issue with appointment scheduling (not their fault), I was accommodated so I could have my eye exam. They also were very kind to me from start to finish. Very friendly staff. Really great doctors. Will be coming back in this week for my contact lens exam!
