I’ve never felt rushed at in the years I’ve come here for eye exams and eyeglasses. Dr. Dearing answers my questions with patience and clarity. The quality of their eyeware is consistently better than competitors. Jenny, an eyewear consultant, has excellent judgment and a flair for fashion. She is professional and cheerful—one of those people who truly loves their job. Coming here every year is a pleasant experience.

This MyEyeDr location always provides great service. I've been coming here a few years now. Jenny is fantastic - she's so friendly and helpful. Even though I'm only in the store a handful of times each year, she remembers me and knows what type of glasses style I like. Occasionally I'll bring in glasses to be adjusted (tightened/loosened), and the associates are always friendly and willing to help. For my exams, I see Dr. Dearing, who is also great. They were nice but the insurance stuff before my visit said I got one annual eye exam for free but they charged me $45. I think they take a picture of your eyes that’s not necessary and charge you for it.
I had a great experience with eye exam & contact lens exam here. They have plenty of availability including on weekend, which allowed me to get a last minute appointment. I came here because I had an extremely frustrating experience at another office, which wasted me hours and couldn't figure out how to process my insurance.
