Really easy to be seen here - good appointment availability, minimal paperwork, and the office is communicative about what your insurance covers. The front office associates, especially Jenny, have always been helpful when picking out frames, and Jenny even fixed a past pair for me that was missing a screw when I came in for my annual appointment. Dr.Dearing and Jenny Carrianna are some of the best people at My EyeDoctor! They make the experience so great! They are friendly and welcoming and make every appointment a joy!!!! They are so good in fact that detected a normality within my eye, which saved my life and allowed me to get treatment fast enough!!!!!!
I came in to get my glasses replaced and to get some contacts, they both shipped within a week! Jenny is the best!! She was so helpful and super sweet, definitely recommend this location!!
