Find another store if possible! This place has been a nightmare! Paid $300 for lenses and was told it would be two weeks. It has almost been a month and I still do not have new lenses. Every time I call it's another excuse as to why they still aren't ready. They do not call or update me, I have to constantly call to get any information. HORRIBLE. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
I had the opportunity to obtain services for my eyewear today at the Lawrenceville location. Brandon F. exhibited excellent customer service skills, even prior to my arrival. He was able to patiently assess my situation and resolve issues with my glasses in a timely manner. Chad Davis was helpful as well. I recommend this office highly.
My doctor visit went well, everyone was kind, welcoming and professional. But I have been waiting for my eye glasses to come for over 3 weeks. I have never waited more than 2 weeks. I am now being told Dec. 5. I hope they make it, as I can barely see to write this review.
Deonte stole 450 cash from me!!! He told me my insurance did not cover the glasses and had me pay 450. After the glasses broke, this center gave a a receipt showing they indeed charged my insurance and used a visa to pay A co pay of 100. This visa is not my card!!! Assuming it’s Deonte’s while he pocketed the 450 cash. Deonte you will not get away with this!! The police are investigating now!!!
