The general manager, Katie, has a terrible attitude and talks down to customers like they are beneath her. The doctor has gotten my prescription wrong twice and I ended up having to go back for another exam. Same happened with my husband a year later. When telling the office that the prescription is wrong, they say they are right and the patient is wrong. Came here yesterday just to be made an appointment for today in which they don't allow you to be a minute later no parking took me forever to park just to get inside to be told I'm gonna have to wait an hour not very happy she should of been seen yesterday and on top of that her glasses are broke and they can't get her new ones for a week or more what kind of mess is that !!! This makes 3 pair have nothing but problems with these glasses and now your service
