I paid $220 out of pocket for the exam and glasses and when the glasses finally came I couldn't see out of them without extreme pain and dizziness. I went back to have the adjusted. They told me just try for two weeks. I came back a third time saying I still couldn't see and instead of just telling me I needed to make an appointment they told me to wait for the doctor to come back from lunch so she comes back and I'm sitting there 30mins before a different receptionist comes up and says I still need an appointment. Terrible customer service. Only one doctor that definitely takes her sweet time. Had an appointment at 6pm for my 13yr old son and wasn't seen until 7:14. I asked to be seen first thing the next morning so I could get him home and fed and was told, "sorry we can inconvenience the other customers in the morning". So I asked " but it's okay to inconvenience me and my son? " Terrible management skills and poor people skills as well.
