I will never go back. Unprofessional and no concern for your time. Had to schedule my appointment 2 weeks out, then walk ins were the priority.
The staff is great but they and certainly the doctor who told me repeatedly I did not have coverage need work on understanding eligibility and benefits, as a dental consultant, we have to call to get corrected benefits sometimes instead of just pulling them from a portal. I drove over an hour to this office, was told I didn't have contact lenses coverage, only to be on the phone with united healthcare as we speak to have them explain to the office, send the office a fax, that I in fact do have coverage. I came into optometry store, there were 3 to 4 associates working. Each associate had a client accept one. They did not acknowledge my presence or even say Helllo. I walked around for at least 15 minutes. I do not recommend this office, due to the poor customer service.
Pleasant visit. Best refraction I ever had. Dr. Was patient and supportive. Explained everything clearly.
