I’ve been coming to MyEyeDr. for years for my glasses and contact lens prescriptions, but their level of empathy, patience, and kindness truly stood out. Exceptional customer service—thank you all!
Absolutely fantastic experience. The team helped me find the perfect new glasses and sunglasses, making the process both efficient and fun. They were meticulous with the fitting, attentive to every detail, and ensured everything was top notch from start to finish. When I returned to pick up my new sunglasses, they had my old pair ready—safely set aside after I accidentally left them behind. The team at the L Street location is exceptional—I won’t be going anywhere else.

I just had probably the best eye exam experience in my entire 50 years of life. Dr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable. Very patient took his time to explain everything and got me set up with a new vision plan for contacts. Mo Was phenomenal and helped me pick the perfect frames for every day as well as sunglasses. Again, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
These guys were so awesome! I flew in from California and my glasses broke, they were able to fix them! I can enjoy my weekend in DC with glasses. Everyone was so nice! I would definitely recommend!!
