Great help fixing my frames
Great experience, never a long wait. I had been to two other locations and was about to switch to a different provider but in helping me fix an issue from a different location, I wanted to give them a try. (Don’t know the lady and the manager who helped) Great optometrist, great customer service & they actually adjusted my glasses to fit?! (Thanks David!) I had not gotten that before. Give them a try! (Also Moniquea for assistance in the ordering process!)
I needed a quick sunglasses repair and they were happy to do it while I waited - only took about two minutes. Super friendly staff, highly recommend!
Never thought I’d be writing a review for an eye doctor office but I just picked up my last box of contacts (moving away) I needed to show my appreciation for this amazing crew. The staff here is really special. I felt extremely well taken care of from the eye exam, to understanding my insurance benefits, getting glasses repaired, and getting great glasses styling recommendations! Can’t recommend this location enough. Saddest I’ve ever been to leave an eye doctor.
