I wouldn't recommend a blind man to come here to this establishment.I waited for 35 minutes to be served, and a white lady came in wayyy after me, and she got services before I did, and I was there for 35 mins. No one couldn't tell me why my eyes drops, haven't been put in for pick-up. If I knew this establishment was like this. I would have definitely went to Eyeworld. Very poor services. Definitely need my money back for exam.

I'm here visiting from out of state and broke my glasses. I'm a My Eye Dr. patient in Pennsylvania. I called at 3:15 on Friday and arrived at 3:45. (They close at 5) they took care of me right away and had the exact frame. They swapped out my lenses in the new frame and I was all set! Thank you thank you thank you! Great people and service!
Really liked the doctor but will never return because the front messed up billing to insurance, blamed insurance and then come to find out they purposefully didn't use part of my benefits that I said I wanted to use just in case I wanted to put it towards a contact purchase. Tried to get it resolved but no luck.
Bad attention. If you don’t speak English, they serve you very badly!
