Traveling from out of town and broke my glasses. I needed a repair quick, as I like most people can’t truly see without them. The gentleman who assisted me was a true professional. The repair job was completed in minutes. When I inquired about payment he nicely said, “there is no charge, no fee”. I thanked him and went on my way. I have since recommended them to all my family in the Charleston South Carolina area. Truly a five star rating and I wish I could give them 10. Outstanding customer service and workmanship.

Dr. McDuffey is wonderful! I had a piece of dog hair stuck in my eye that I couldnt get out, ( I work at an animal hospital) I tried flushing, and all that I could do. Dr. McDuffey saw it and got it out with no pain. Also I was a walk in and I got seen fast. She is very personable, and very professional! I highly recommend her! The whole staff was wonderful, and a shout out to Nicole, so friendly. Thank you all again for getting me in so fast and so friendly!!!
My experience today was AWESOME!!!!! From the time of check in and when I left! Very professional and timely! I really enjoy coming a year is just to long, Sally is always great mostly I got to my favorite Dr Paul Salvatore. He is very kind patient and relatable!!! So I do recommend coming here now!!! Friendly, helpful, above & beyond is how I would describe My Eye Dr in North Charleston - I would give more than 5 out of 5 for customer service in this place!! QUALITY product is certainly important but when it has QUALITY service to go along with it, it's a WIN WIN. Cheryl is AMAZING and I was so happy with the way I was treated and how she took care of a warranty issue - just fantastic.
