Mediocre experience for eye testing and finding glasses. Most recent experience was awful. Staff unhelpful and gave wrong information about replacing a pair of glasses under warranty. Navy yard MyEyeDr confirmed wrong information was given and were extremely helpful.
Reba is a constant welcoming office manager at the office of Dr. Richard's who is an exceptional doctor. Reba's friendliness, attention to detail and ability to keep everything running smoothly, make a noticeable difference. Her leadership creates a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff- thank you for all that you do!!
I took my elementary school-aged child for her first eye exam to this location, and usually doctor, dentist, pharmacy visits, etc are pretty tough. Dr. Tran was so patient and sweet with my kid, and the other staff was as well. It was my kid's most successful medical appointment in many years. We will definitely be back.
