When I went to get my glasses, I asked the African American guy did I have to pay anything, I have insurance. He said no, He picked out 3 pairs for Me to choose from, I picked out one, He said He would call Me when they were ready. I picked them up. Two weeks later they billed Me for the glasses. I had a stroke in my eye, He should have told Me I had to pay, I would've applied through DC to get my glasses. I also had my prescription from my eye Doctor. Your service is the reason why you're rating is soo low
I love it here at 233 penn ave the ppl are great customer service is thru da roof. I just don’t get y Dey gotta be here til 6pm is not acceptable Dey do have a life too
Staff very professional. Ran ahead of schedule, saw an optometrist IN PERSON who was great. Excellent, unlike my visit to Vision Works
There technician I think his name was Stan or Steave (light brown skin bald with glasses). He was very helpful and understanding with my situation on a couple of emergency situations. Just made me feel comfortable and taken care of left me with no worries. If you run into him just know your in great hands.
Dr Robertson is so wonderful. She is patient, kind, and thoughtful about matching her patient with the best lenses for their lifestyle. Robert was GREAT with welcoming me *and* helping me check out!! Thank you for such a positive experience.
