This was my first time visiting the 233 Pen Ave. SE DC MyeEye Dr. location and i have to say from the beginning to the end the customer service was outstanding. Dr. Richardson was patient, informative, knowledgeable and very nice. The front desk staff is phenomenal.. i will definitely make this my permanent location.
Ms Reba at the 205 PA Ave location helped calm my nerves upon learning I was at the wrong location. She offered me a chair while she worked to squeeze me in. I was seen by the doctor in a few minutes. Thank you for your help and kindness and to the entire staff.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that my appointment was denied, especially since it was the first time I've ever experienced this. I had an appointment with Dr. Donna Richardson for an issue with my right eye. Instead of being seen and having my eye assessed, I was advised to return to a different MyEyeDr. (where I had an eye exam in October) because they couldn’t address my issue at this location.
