I called at noon needing a same-day appointment and the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. When I told her today was my only shot, she went ahead tweaked the schedule to squeeze me in. Once I arrived there was minimal paperwork, and I was seen promptly. Dr. Stiles was in the exam room to see me less than 5 minutes after I completed the various tests and he was very friendly and professional.
Let me begin by saying that I am a patient of Dr. Philip Stiles at this location and he is wonderful. He always has been. I've been his patient for over 20 years (since 1991) when Mary (now deceased) was a technician in the glasses department. Boy, the quality of expertise and customer service has declined since then (as well as the surrounding external environment. But that's a different complaint).
