On June 12 2020 I made an appointment online since it was nearly impossible to get through to speak with staff at either Harrisonburg location. I choose the Parkview location based on the absolute horrible experiences my family has had at the Reservoir St. location. Today , June 29 th I get a call stated the 2:00 appointment I made 3 weeks ago no longer works since the "doctor needs to take lunch at that time"!! Really?!?
