RecommendedThe staff was amazing and I absolutely loved Troy. He made it fun picking out glasses and I dislike when it comes time to choose new ones.
There ad said that They take all Insurance and when I call to schedule a Appointment there The Customer Service Rep said that they don't take the kinda Insurance I have.
I took 3 of my 4 kids for their exams today. 2 first time contact wearers. The power kept going out while we were there. This team was kind the entire day! we were there from 10:30-3pm. They were kind the entire time. Dr. Harpring was great with our kids! Troy helped with the contacts and was phenomenal! Thank you to all of you for being so kind, helpful and patient! Truly an amazing staff!!!
The website says they open at 9am but unable to get an appointment because they still have their calls going to the overnight call center. That’s annoying for a business to not be available when they say they are.
Today I decided to go Wing Eye Care in hopes that they would fix my glasses that Lens Crafters wouldn’t even bother to take the time to properly fit on my face. Troy who is by far one of the best Optometrist I’ve ever met was very polite and took his time to make sure I was satisfied with how my glasses fit. I just ordered glasses and was fitted for contacts. Tried several times to get the contacts in last week. I came back today and Troy helped. I was able to get both in faitly quickly. Troy was extremely helpful and patient. He talked me througb the process and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
