poor workmansip in 82 yaers, I have never experienced such poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Six months after my initial visit and they cannot give me properly fitted glasses..

If you want to give away your money go here There is an unbelievable amount of hidden fees. I called to make an appointment (they were so nice) and they said my eye doctor accepted every vision plan. To be fit for contacts was going to be around $35 dollars. I went in got the contacts and ready to check out the bill was for over $$$500 dollars! to be fit for the kind of contacts the doctor gave me was over $150, i would be fine with the $35, I was never informed of this but it was to late. the contacts alone cost around $250... read more

Stay away from this place! I was contacted by phone and told my glasses were ready to be picked up, but when I got there, I was told they actually were NOT ready. Moreover, they even "suggested" that I had never been called in the first place! I showed them the number on my caller ID and they denied that it was their number. I called it to prove it was really them and their receptionist answered! I certainly will not be doing business with this company again!

Treating people like idiots - lousy customer service I have paid $491 for a pair of progressive eye glasses. I was told I would get them in 5 business days - waited for them to call for 10 days!! Finally, called them and they tell me the glasses are already there, then try to prove to me why it was not really 10 days, but only 7 days given the holidays in between - "only" 7 days??? and no call?THEN, here's the crowning glory - I try the glasses - and see everything blurry in the distance - I can see everything crystal clear ... read more

Great Customer Experience They were helpful from picking out frames, to diagnosing eye pain I've had (misdiagnosed) for years. Insurance billing so easy. And they delivered on time, every time.

Never Go Back My appointment was scheduled for a Saturday and they waited until the day of to call my provider to verify my insurance. Blue Cross is closed on Saturday's (shocker), so I got stuck with a $650 bill and was told to "work it out with your company and you'll have to itemize it". I will never use their services again and will recommend that others NOT use their services.

not so much They didn't understand my insurance and still tried to act like they did. In the end I was billed incorrectly and had to go through my insurance and numerous phone calls to clear it up.
