Myeyedr expected me to pay out of pocket for a visit that my insurance would cover saying they had had trouble collecting from people in the past (I am not one of those people). I was told I would be reimbursed by check in the mail once the claim was paid. It is now four months later. I have made MULTIPLE calls to my local office, but am told this goes through the corporate office. There have been constant excuses. Today, I woke and remembered I STILL have not been paid. Used them the first time two weeks ago. Every person I’ve encountered with at the location I visited is a complete liar. They tell you what you want to hear until they get your payment, and then it’s horrendous trying to get updates on my order, which in my case was nearly $1000. Still waiting on my order after two weeks, but was told 7-10 days to receive. They say they welcome all insurance but pick and choose which offices take which insurance. False advertisement

I was overcharged $75.20 on my eyeglass lens order and was promised a refund. Been over two weeks conversing with personell in the Hendersonville, NC office who keep promising that the home office must process the refund. They make the mistake yet I have to waste my time following up on what should be such an easy thing to do. Allen S

They refuse to give me my prescription and insult and ridicule me every time I ask. It's been months. I will NEVER stop doing everything I can to dissuade people from using their "services". Any employee there needs to really take a long look at their life and choices and realize how terrible of a human being they are, and then go look around at their life and see how much they absolutely do not deserve. Absolutely awful experience. When picking out frames, the lady helping and ordering for us walked off halfway through to help some random guy that got in after us. We were standing there waiting for a solid 15 minutes and we ended up having to get another lady to order for us. Also, every single staff in that building was either not wearing a mask or had the mask not covering their nose. Incredibly shameful considering this is a medical building and there are signs saying masks are required.

They don't know what they're doing in the building department. I paid the bill in full and have a copy of the canceled check and they still want me to pay again. I would never do business with them again

Rude they take advantage of the elderly and Stephanie the manager at Wayne ave.is a joke please go somewhere else
