Our family changed eye doctors from an amazing Dr. in Las Colinas to be closer to home. My son and I visited for first time today. Wasn't super impressed. Staff was very friendly (that's why 2 stars). Wasn't crazy about the Dr. who asked me why I was there. Wouldn't bill my medical insurance for eye photos which has always been done due to diabetes unless "they find something wrong", otherwise I pay out of pocket. Not a huge great selection in frames and the girl that worked with me was no help in selection process and yawne... read more
Arrived 7-8 minutes late, office cancelled my appointment and told me "We will try to work you in, but since you came 10 minutes late, you missed your appointment." Understand office needs to keep on schedule, but isn't my time valuable as well?

Mr. Harris, obviously we failed you, and I see where we need to do more training. You should have never been told that you missed your appointment. We did reach back out to you as did you wife to come back. I will be happy to reschedule you at your earliest convenience. I am sorry this happened and it has been addressed and will not happen again.
Never in my life have I had any doctor, let alone an optometrist withhold the refill of a prescription that was not expired. They tried to use my prescription as leverage to get me to make another appointment. When I refused and demanded my prescription, I was told that they would just tell other refill companies that the prescription was expired... even though it is not expired. There has obviously been a miscommunication with regarding your contact lens prescription. Prescriptions are good for one year. I would like to discuss this with you further to explain the state law regarding contact lens prescriptions.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Dr. ReeDee Granado was amazing with my daughter and took the time to answer all my questions and put my daughter at ease.
Saw them as a new pt. First eye exam in many years. Loved them, very friendly and helpful. The Dr. Is super friendly and professional. I was very comfortable and confident my eyes are in good hands!
