Exam Cheap/ Glasses Overpriced – The Exam sucked but you get what you pay for. The prices for glasses was way too much so I took my prescription somewhere else even though I don't think the Doctor did a good job.
*****PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE ANY GLASSES FROM THIS COMPANY*****I had several problems with my order, so if you want good customer service and you don't want to be overcharged, DO NOT purchase glasses for your family from this company.
Clueless Staff – I have been to this office 2 times this year, one for the examination which was great - no probs with the doc. The administrative staff however was not so helpful and a little scatterbrained. The initial visit I selected a pair of frames that were 'set aside' for me and had disappeared when I came back to place the order. I was very disappointed because we had spent over an hour selecting the right frames - so time wasted there but eventually on the 2nd trip I was able to find frames that I liked.
